Terms of service

1. The service

Meeting Intelligence is a browser extension that provides meeting assistance, including relevant-work searches and follow-up suggestions. Live listening currently supports Google Meet. The product is in early access; availability and features may change. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service or preservation of every meeting event.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle account, meeting and connected-service information.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. Provide an email address you control, keep sign-in codes and session credentials private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. If using the service for an organization, you must have permission to do so.

3. Meeting participation and consent

Before you start listening, inform participants and obtain any consent required by applicable law, workplace rules and the meeting platform. You are responsible for having permission to transmit meeting audio and text to the service and its processing providers.

Do not capture meetings covertly, evade permissions or process information you are not authorized to share. Stop listening if the necessary permission or consent is withdrawn.

4. Connected accounts and Jira actions

Connect only Google or Atlassian accounts you are authorized to use. Access is governed by those services’ permissions and terms. You can disconnect integrations or revoke authorization through the provider.

Review search results and every suggested task. Creating a Jira task requires selecting a project and confirming the request in the extension. You are responsible for the content and project you choose. Created issues remain in Jira unless you manage them there; disconnecting the app does not remove them.

5. AI output and appropriate use

Transcripts, search terms and task suggestions are generated or assisted by AI. They can be incomplete, incorrect or misleading. Review important details before relying on them or sharing them. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send abusive or deceptive content, distribute malware, overload the service, bypass safeguards or attempt to access another user’s information.

6. Your content and our software

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant us permission to process that content and use the service providers described in our privacy policy to operate the features you request, secure the service and address support needs. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

We and our licensors retain the rights in the software, design and branding. You may use the service as provided, subject to these terms. Google, Atlassian and other third-party names belong to their respective owners; references do not imply their endorsement.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on hosting, email, AI and connected-service providers. Their availability, permissions, limits and policies may affect functionality. We do not control their systems or guarantee their availability. Their terms also apply to your use of their services.

8. Availability, suspension and ending use

You may stop using the extension at any time, disconnect integrations or request account deletion at hello@auriqis.com. Uninstalling the extension does not by itself delete your account or revoke every provider authorization.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Any future paid offering will have its price and payment terms disclosed before purchase. These terms do not create a paid subscription.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI output, where the law permits this limitation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after the notified effective date means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us first about concerns or disputes so we can try to resolve them.
